Delicious Fried Rice Recipe For Fortune Basmati Rice

- Soaked rice
- Fortune Sunlite Sunflower oil (2 tbsp)
- Garlic and Ginger (1 tsp) each
- French beans (2 tbsp)
- Carrots (2 tbsp)
- Red bell and Yellow bell pepper (2 tbsp) each
- Green capsicum (2 tbsp)
- Cooked rice (2 cups)
- Soy sauce (2 tsp)
- Vinegar (1 tsp)
- Red chili sauce (1 tbsp)
- Salt (To taste)
- Spring greens (1 tbsp)
How to Cook Fried Rice In Minutes?
- In a bowl add in Fortune Biryani Special Rice and Add water and soak it for 30 mins
- In a pan add in water and salt and bring it to a boil and add in soaked rice and cook for 8-10 mins till the rice is perfectly cooked
- Now, In another pan add in Fortune Sunflower Oil, add in garlic, ginger and sauté
- Then add in vegetables and sauté for 2-3 mins
- Add in Boiled Rice and soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, and salt and mix well
- Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot
